I'm going to partially hijack here, If this uses the UHF remote, I happen to have an extra one from when I gave up my rental unit to switch to Shaw (was an older non PVR unit (6100) so I don't know if the remote is for sure the same but I think it is because the 9242 was out when I bought the remote and I don't remember there being different options for remotes at the Bell Store. I only bought it about a month before cancelling my Bell service so it's effectively brand new. I paid about $70.00 at the Bell store but would give it up for $40. It would make a great add-on to krd67's unit if you want to use it multi-room. (Assuming that the 9242 uses the UHF remote)

EDIT: Just checked the Bell website and it looks like it is the same remote...

Who me? Actually, I did quickly revise it, I figured if somebody was paying cash, $40.00 is two nice crisp twenties...

Still, it's a good deal IMO...
