University of North Dakota will no longer be known as the Fighting Sioux
This is a shame. When you have registered Sioux tribes supporting the nickname and logo and the NCAA still forces UND to change them I think it shows just how out of touch that organization is. One of the proudest and 'awesomest' logos and nicknames in US college sports.
Hmmmm...wonder why Florida State doesn't have to change theirs?
