The Cake Walk brings in some of the best pastry chefs around Calgary where they build their biggest and most amazing cakes with a specific theme. If you have ever watched cake shows on the Food Network and thought they were awesome, then this is your chance to see the same thing in person.

Also this year they have teamed up with Lindt Chocolate and they will be hosting a chocolate competition as well. I have not seen this before but from what I have heard it should be pretty amazing as well.
If you are not familiar with L'Arche Calgary then let me tell you a little about them. They are part of a worldwide orginization that help people with developmental disabilities live normal lives. They have five group homes here in Calgary where they live as a family with the assistants that help them. In the homes they learn skills that will help them in day to day life.
