Looking for advice from fellow CP'ers.
We had Rolco install 7 window shutters on 6 windows at our residence in August 09. They were to have a one year warranty.
Two shutters have now become inoperable, we called Rolco out for service.
The tech came out without proprer ladders and parts to asses or fix the problem. The tech called his office to let them know what he 'viewed" ( The shutters are on second story windows, under a sofit facing south).
He was told by the office that it was not under warranty because of weather conditions, snow and ice. The worker told us if it was up to him,he would fix the windows under warranty as he did not see evidence of this. His office told him that we could not prove other wise.
This same problem occurred at another shutter in August just after install. 3 out of 7 shutter have now had this issue.
I have tried to call Hakim the owner of Rolco, a number of times however he has not been able to call be back because he is in " a meeting".
Any help would be appreciated.
