I had 1 month of warranty left on my old blackberry 9000, so I called in and RIM sent me a brand new replacement.

I only used it for 1 week, and ended up getting a 9700 (hardware upgrade)

price is $300 firm

I cant remember if its unlocked or not. I believe its still locked to Rogers. But there was a promotion by a rogers store in ontario, if you join their facebook page and write on their wall.. they give you a free unlock.
