I have a shaw HD PVR box and a Samsung LCD tv. The HD looks amazing but everyother channel looks very pixalated and it looks like it's raining.

I have it hooked up using HDMI cables. Any suggestions on how to improve the picture?

When the Shaw guy came and hooked up my phone, he added a signal booster (didn't cost me anything). This improved the picture on my old-school CRT screen in the bedroom, for sure.
