Used 20' Sea Containers
We import a lot of goods from overseas, and over the last little while have been bringing in Sea containers for storage. We have a few left over, so if anyone wants one let me know.
20' Sea can. Watertight, good condition, about 3 to choose from.
$2000.00 each
Buy a few, and build a house!!!

hahaha no, but I can load it on to your Altima's roof.
We can help arrange transport if need be, we have truck lines that will haul them pretty much anywhere.
So loading is free. Delivery is extra.

I'll ask around up here, as a lot of the oil batteries around here have sea cans already, maybe a company is looking for a couple more. Cost of delivery might be prohibitive though, and they have all pretty much pulled their purse strings tight, but you never know.

FYI, a good delivery service I used for sea cans is a flat deck from a tow company. They are more than willing to do it and are inexpensive.

They're watertight? You do know you're supposed to drill some holes in those things so that the people can breathe.

We sold all the cans that were in our yard, but I have a few more coming in this week. I'll post some pics when they get here.

I've been reading about modding these into residential units and cottages and such for a while, and if I had a bit of land somewhere to put some on, I'd do it in a heartbeat.
