Feel bad for the photographer that got fired. Can't really see what he did wrong except bring some publicity for the ski resort.

Technically, what he did wrong was freelance professionally in violation of a no-compete clause in his contract.

In reality, ski hills are rather sensitive about when their crappy lifts injure or embarrass customers. Firing the photographer was pathetic.
