Default Fuze Health Drink?

Anyone drink these? I've been having a few lately and they are mighty tasty.... but I'm wondering whether they actually are healthy or not? They claim to be health drinks, but so do energy drinks like red bull and monster. They also say to drink no more than 2 per day, similar to energy drinks. Are these really thad good for you or are they a scam just like energy drinks?

Well, I can't find their nutritional info....so I can't really say if its healthy or not.

How much sugar does it have?

it says 2g of sugar per serving. I guess that's alright, and its loaded with all sorts of vitamins and such, but a few other things that I dont know whether they are good or bad for you.

How much sodium? Carbs?

The sugar content looks pretty good. 2g isn't bad at all.

You might be onto something here. Usually health drinks aren't really that healthy.

I love the Pinacolada one... I guess they are healthy.... but too much of anything is bad.

Last year when I was in Florida I bought one, didn't notice that it was artificially sweetened when I checked the rather lengthy ingredient list and felt rather ill after drinking most of it.

Some of them are good, but the "Slenderizers" variety are sweetened with Sucralose which I don't like so much.

Maybe they're 'relatively' healthy?

As in, they are healthy relative to a Red Bull or chugging a litre of coffee creamer.

I've seen so many people drinking these lately, I had never heard of them a month ago. Now I might just have to try one.

What do they consider the "per serving"? Cause I hate when you eat like a chocolate bar and they say a serving is a 1/4 of the bar.

Yah they are good. If you can find the white tea one, go for it. I had it down in the states back in May and loved it. I have them once in a while up here when I don't want a pop--and I'll guarantee it's better for you than a Dr. Pepper.
