Good non-fiction books
So the semester's done and I can finally start to read stuff that I actually want to read. Can anyone recommend a decent book out there for me to pick up, preferably non-fiction? I'm especially big into true crime and sports autobiographies, but it doesn't necessarily have to fall into this category.

"Autobiography of a Yogi" by Parmahansa Yogananda. The "Peaceful Warrior" Trilogy by Dan Millman - these books are amazing.

Between a Rock and a Hard Place, story of Aaron Ralston, who had to cut his arm off at the elbow after a canyoneering accident is good.
If you're a baseball fan, The Ted Williams or Babe Ruth bios from Leigh Montville are very good.
I also really liked Gretzky to Lemieux from Ed Willes.

Hey thanks guys, there's a few in that list I'm seriously considerin pickin up. btw it sounds like there's a few people on here who like sports autobiographies too, so I thought I'd recommend one. I read it about 3 years ago, "Facing Ali" by Stephen Brunt. He interviews 15 boxers who fought Ali, and they tell their stories about it firsthand. Some really, really entertaining responses, and Joe Frazier's is a little tragic.

Someone recommended this one in a previous thread and I went out and bought it. Future Greats and Heartbreaks by Gare Joyce. That was a good read.

Read it over Christmas break, 100% agree. Arguably my favourite sports autobiography ever.
