FS: 360 RockBand SE NIB

Hey everybody, I'm helping a friend sell a copy of the Rockband bundle for XBOX 360. In a stroke of luck, he was able to secure two copies (one was pre-ordered, the other was just found in stock at Bestbuy).

Anyway, if anybody is interested in buying this, he's looking to sell it for the firm price of $210 (same cost at Bestbuy) for the first person who is willing to pick it up from Panorama (NW Calgary).

I hope that this is okay that I post this under my handle even though it isn't necessarily me that is the seller.

Edit: I forgot to add that the price is firm as he'd much rather have the cash for this instead of returning it and having the money held up in a gift card.
