The most interesting thing is that the auther of the study, a nodel prize winner in economics, is not particularily conservative or liberal - he is simply an economist.
He is NOT anti-war at all in fact, he seems to be more anti-stupidity.

I can appreciate many of his sentiments because i too am not anti-war (Just Iraq war) or anti-conservative (Just the GW-and-company Conservatives). My dilemma has been how to reconcile stupidity within a specific faction of the Republican Party with my own larger agreement with fiscal conservatisim.
