Anyone buying Mario Galaxy for the Wii?
It comes out today and it is the highest rated game for any new consoles(ps3,wii,360) to date. Some of those screen shots look incredible.

Now if Toys R Us would just call me so i can go pick up my pre-order.

Waiting for EBGames to get it in so I can get my pre-order. It's supposed to be one of the best games ever made.

Hopefully EB Games gets it in today (pre-order).
Anyone have luck finding it yet?
EDIT: Just called EB Market Mall and they don't have it yet, but they will have it sometime today.

A little OT, I recently got Mario and Sonic Olympics and I have been having a blast. The game is like a larger version of wii sports. The games are super easy to pick up and do not require too much skill (lots of seeing how fast you can move it up and down, in circles, etc)
I am having a blast with this game - Great Party game, not sure how fun it would be with 1 player.
Back to the OP, it does look awesome. I am just going to wait for one of my friends to beat it then borrow it

I have an eb preorder. I'm really excited . . .I actually get to play a wii game on the wii! The last few months the little nintendo system has been incredibly neglected on my shelf.

Awesome game
Heres a video review (streaming) from Gametrailers, for those who like a little bit of visual confirmation.

I really liked "Rayman Raving Rabbids". There is a sequel coming out for that. Not sure when but I am looking forward to it.

We also really enjoy this game. The events are lots of fun. However, for the life of me, i can't seem to get the hang of swimming!

Hey has anyone found this for sale in Calgary yet? On red flag people in ontario were buying them yesterday. But on futureshop and bestbuy it shows it's being released tomorrow.
I thought November 12th was the release date for North America.

I bought it last week too... its outstanding... and an amazingly fun multiplayer party game. The single player is decent, and a necessary evil to unlock more events. Its nice that you can interchange miis too.

November 12 was the ship date. The huge markets (New York area, Toronto area, etc.) will usually have a few stores that get it in on the ship date, but most places will get it the day after (or a couple of days depending on how big the title is).
I'm pretty surprised that a AAA, system seller like Galaxy still isn't available in Calgary by the release afternoon. Usually those types of games they get in advance and simply put them out for sale on the Tuesday morning.
