for my parents anniversary we bought them Tickets to a "wine night". It was quite expensive for one night but they got to sample numerous wines and some great appetizers. They like it so much they have already booked tickets to future ones. Not sure if you have it there but it was at a Ric's Grill

Phone QR77 or maybe try their website. I believe it is every Wednesday on their drive home program, they have the Wine Lady. She recommends wine for the week. I am sure she could help you out with a wine for the month.

What are you looking to spend?

You could always put together your own wine of the month for 12 months. Go to a wine store and ask for help if you dont have wine knowledge. Pick wines from 12 different countries or regions. Many places give you a discount if you buy a case of wine even if its mix and match.

Make sure you have somewhere to keep the wine though. You could always buy a wine fridge to put them in as part of the gift

We had great fun/success making our own wine this year. How about a wine making kit?

http://www.winekitz.com/index.php?id=1

A top kit is about $120, and makes 30 bottles of wine. Each bottle averages about $4 in cost, but compares very well to commercial wines selling for $20 per bottle. Maybe another $100 for the equipment you need (a one-time investment).

I'm not sure if you're looking for a "deliver a new wine to my door each month" type of service, but if not, Happinez Wine Bar (next to O'Leary's on Princess St.) has a Wine of the Month feature. I'm pretty sure you could arrange something with them.
