Crap likes this that makes you wish the judge in the case would give a ruling like this:

"I find that the plantiff should be pistol whipped for being so stupid that she needs a whoopin'. Baliff, if you'll do the honours..."

For frivolous lawsuits like that, I think the woman, when her suit fails, should have to pay all court costs, and the lawfirm that took it should be fined six figures for wasting the courts time.
