Arielle Newman, a cross-country runner at Notre Dame Academy on Staten Island, died after her body absorbed high levels of methyl salicylate, an anti-inflammatory found in sports creams such as Bengay and Icy Hot, the New York City medical examiner said Friday

Odd, must have applied a lot of the stuff.

I had a friend in highschool who took a some muscle relaxants after a basketball tournament one afternoon and than went to have a shower. The relaxants had a profound effect on him and I guess they pretty much paralyzed him making him unable to move. 2 hours later someone finally came home to see collapsed in the shower getting blasted by cold water for the last hour and a half!
