Need help: Convert JPEG file to EPS

Anyone know of a good free/shareware program that can convert a .jpeg .jpg file format to .eps file format??

I have tried searching the web for such a program and most insert a watermark or can't do the conversion at all.

Not really practical. You want to convert a raster to vector. What is the jpeg of?

I need to convert a company logo (jpeg) to eps for our printers. I have no idea why but they need it in eps format.

Download Adobe Photoshop, there's a free 30 day trial. You can save files as EPS I believe.
