Ok ok ok ... those are about 200 um (1/1000 of a mm) structures... they're comb drives that actuate when you apply a voltage. The 2nd one is something like a kaleisoscope, on the order of a few micrometers.

Yeah, SEM. Couldn't get a picture, but one of the structures I got to make was a pair of tweezers that could pick up things a few nanometers.
