I'm not sure about that. I can ask Telus. I'll give them a call tomorrow because I'm just getting ready to go to the game. GO FLAMES GO! I'll let you know when I call them.

Telus here can answer that!

You can put it on a Pay and Talk if you'd like, but you would need to pay for the $50 starter card in order to get it activated that way...
