Looking for DT Parking Spot

I'm looking for a new DT parking spot . . . the lot I'm in is going up to $477 a month for a covered unheated spot . . . looking for something more reasonable. If you know of anything please let me know.

This got me thinking...I have a parking spot in cresent hieghts,about 10 min. walk to DT.Its covered but not heated,wondering if I could rent it out and for how much??

I park on 5th/5th SW - its 600/month - covered, not heated.

Good luck, where do you park where its only 477? for covered, not heated?

The parking lot on 11th Avenue and Macleod trail SE is only 106/month. Cause it's on the wrong side of the 9th avenue CPR tracks. So if you are willing to walk a little, it'll save you 300/month.
