I'm Canadian and LOVE hockey. I think it would be awesome to meet up with a bunch of fans to watch the game at ONE central location rather than be the random hockey fan in a sports bar who has to fight with the other customers to keep the channel on the hockey game (they would rather watch any other sport it seems). I know you Canadian hockey fans in the San Francisco/San Jose area are hiding out there somewhere...
My husband is from Kentucky and he was able to get together a chapter to watch University of Kentucky basketball every game at a sportsbar in San Francisco, and they have like 50 people turnout for each game, so I was hoping that I could do the same. Im all about the Oilers, but i know FLames fans must feel kinda lonely down here just like I do, so I thought we could all get together
...Same goes if you're a Canucks/Maple Leafs/Sens fan livin in the Bay Area.
So...if anyone out there is interested in watching games at a sportsbar in San Jose, PLEASE let me know. Im diehard and miss watching games at Boston Pizza.......CANADIAN HOCKEY RULES.
