Good Motorcycle Routes to California
I'm off to California in about three weeks, to ride down to the MotoGP race at Laguana Seca and I wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions for good routes/side trips to take down.
A buddy and I did this trip last year, and we did the trip there and back pretty quickly so we didn't take any time for any nice side trips.
Anyway, this year there are 4 of us going, and we have a full 7 days to make it to the race so I figured I'd see if anyone knows of any good loops or sideroads in Washington/Oregon that would make for a good detour off the freeway.
Don't bother mentioning the Pacific Coast Highway, as this is pretty much the #2 reason for the trip both last year, and again this year.
