Default What Flames jerseys/memorabilia do you own?

Thought I'd ask around to see what some people have.

What I have:

JERSEYS
David Jones (alternate)
Sam Bennett (alternate)
Todd Bertuzzi (home)
T.J. Galiardi (signed, home)
Jarome Iginla (retro)
Heritage Classic
One with my own name on it (sigh)
A couple of Zellers jerseys

MEMORABILIA
Too many hockey cards which I don't use but will never sell
Signed Phaneuf puck
~20 bobbleheads
~10 MacFarlane figures
Too many hats (Bourque signed, Galiardi signed, Glencross signed)
Signed Bertuzzi picture
Signed Monahan picture
Monahan/Giordano T-shirts
More misc. stuff

Very little. An away and a Heritage jersey. A few snap backs. That's about it.

I really don't like the Thread Police.

My favourite is a huge white vintage Flames flag when I was a kid in the 1986 cup run. Was out full force in 1989 of course and then again in 2004.

So you have a jersey with "Scorpion" on it?

Honestly dude, you have a ton of stuff, probably too much. A TJ Galiardi signed hat? Why?

I have 3 jerseys: A plain white away jersey with the flaming snot donkey logo on the shoulders. A 2000's era Iginla home jersey. And currently sporting a Monahan retro home jersey.

I also have the black Team Canada jersey from the most recent olympics, a Nick Bjugstad Panthers home jersey, and a couple of Panthers memorabilia items like a Jagr plaque, and a signed Vanbiesbrouck jersey (I didn't ask for that stuff, but my in-laws think it's the best gift to get me now).

I was given a lot of it - I lost a bunch of stuff after the floods of 2013, and I now have way more than I ever had before.

I just met Galiardi out of the blue, and asked him to sign my hat. Just a happy coincidence.

Pretty sure I have a signed Rico Fata card laying around somewhere, or maybe its Cale Hulse.

A puck Nick Fotiu threw into the crowd. He'd take all the pucks after warmup and toss them to kids in the crowd. Every game

Wish more players would do this

I've never been a big memorabilia guy, so most of what I have is stuff from the championship season.
- VHS copy of the video Larry Day produced about the team
- Copies of both the Herald and Sun newspapers from the morning after
- Peter Maher's book

And then I have an autographer stick from Tim Hunter that I got for calling into QR77 when he was on their sports show, I think the season after they won the cup

I've got a whole bunch of stuff from when I was a kid that I finally dug out of storage from my parents' place last year. The best is a vinyl 45 of the Red Hot song signed by Neil Sheehy and Gary Suter. I also have the Red Hot video on VHS, plus the end-of-year videos they did in 1986 and 1989.

For current players, I mostly stick to the jerseys. I have pre-Edge style authentics for Kipper and Phaneuf; Edge authentics for Gio and Glencross; a Brodie third-jersey authentic; and an authentic retro-style Bouwmeester that I plan on getting redone with McCrimmon on it.

Rookie season, crested, signed and directly sent from the Calgary Flames org. My most prized Flames possession ever. (was never able to get Iggy to sign my '04 Igninla crested jersey )

Big post
I'm assuming all that metalwork on your bbq and pool table is custom. Where did you learn to do that? Was it a course you took or an apprenticeship of some sort?

2004 team-signed jersey bought at a charity auction prior to the run without Iggy's sig on it. Added Iggy's (surprised) sig when a friend won the opportunity to get him to sign a jersey for her a few years later.

A Chris Drury signed photo. (Also from a charity auction.)

The video and a couple of newspapers and a whole lot of great memories from May 25, 1989!

My #47 Pro jersey was recently converted to a #27. NO regrets.

  • Iginla home - signed (won it in the draw that Kaon hosts for the Calgary Blind Hockey Assoc.)
  • Monahan home - signed
  • Kiprusoff home - signed
  • McDonald Heritage Classic Alumni Game jersey - signed (silent charity auction), 8x10 signed picture of Lanny in the jersey at the Heritage Classic - Alumni Game, signed hockey card of Lanny in the jersey at the Heritage Classic - Alumni Game (putting together a display for this stuff)
  • Regehr home jersey
  • Hamilton home pro jersey (formerly #47)
  • Baertschi Abbotsford Heat jersey

Countless smaller things, I usually get Flames stuff for birthdays and xmas from my family that doesn't know what else to get me.
