McRib is back
The wait is over... McRib makes the long overdue return to Canada. I loved these growing up, and chased one down while in Vegas back in November on the US farewell tour.
I'm sure there are those that find it disgusting and those who've never tried... but for those who love it... dig in!

Time for me to plan the extra gym visits because I'll be scarfing these down while it lasts..

I'll get one out of morbid curiosity but I can't see how it's better than any of those other fake pork patty with bbq sauce gas station sandwiches.
Bring back the McLobster or the build a burger feature.

I just find it funny. Its like a...quite honestly I dont know what kind of meat, with grilled in 'rib-like' indentations.
You bite into it...are there any ribs? Bones? No? So...what does that tell you?

I just assumed it was a ground pork patty, never struck me as odd

I had one a few months ago when it finally came to Australia. It’s fine. Hard to mess up a pork sandwich with BBQ sauce, pickles, and onions.
OMG I loved the McPizza as a kid. Being able to get pizza and nuggets at the same time blew my little mind.

I had a McRib as a kid and loved it. Tried it again many years later and was disappointed that it didn't live up to the first one.
It's definitely not worth going out of your way to get one.

Yeah I seem to remember really liking the McRib at one point, either as a kid or maybe in my 20's?
Then I remember trying it again what 10-15 years ago and being very disappointed.

It's pork jelly shaped into a cake, steamed and a little sauce.
As a result, I'm 100% with it.

lol, well it’s ground up offal (pretty sure it’s sheep’s stomach?)shaped into a sort of rib form with some sauce. I have no idea why people are so enamoured with it. My favorite part of McRib being back is the correlation (and probably causation) of stock market out performance.

I remember liking them when I was a kid, but then I had one a few years back when they had the promo, and it was really disappointing. Maybe it's because when I was kid, they seemed huge, and being an adult, they seem pretty small.
I don't care if they aren't really ribs and just formed pork to resemble ribs. Who wants bones in their sandwich? Insert "yo mamma" joke here.
