Anyone have kids X Country Ski Gear collecting Dust?

We have a 6yo & 8yo, and are thinking we would like to try getting them out with us a bit this year.

My daughter and son have outgrown theirs, but they are a bit older than your kids. Do you have an idea already about their respective sizes for equipment? My daughter's old gear might be right for your 8 year old. They were 9 and 11 when they got theirs.
