Obviously, wins aren't a factor in determining success. I just don't see what value he's added to that team during his tenure. They don't seem to be good at any particular thing, and while some young players have had success, it isn't a monumental success in my eyes.
I just see him as a pawn honestly. A stop gap coach that they can fire once the players develop enough to need a real coach. Not unlike Hartley, but at least Hartley had them playing above their talent level.
Maybe I'm wrong, but that's just the way I see it.
