Updated thread titles

Is it possible to give more people the power to update thread titles besides the thread starter?

I think it would be a lot easier than going through every thread looking for a update. I never heard anything about the Kovalchuck rejection untill I saw it on TSN.

If a thread merits an updated title and it's getting confusing I think the best thing to do often is just start a new one.
