Where can I find that triple AAA Alberta beef? Soft tender steaks that melt in your mouth

I have always gone to Bon Ton Meat Market by the Foothills hospital. Good stuff.

Bon Ton for me. Wasn't impressed with the Second to None in Willow Park. Will have to give it a third try one of these days.

I buy full primals and cut them myself. It really isn't as hard as it sounds and the results are great. You can buy a full striplion and cut it up into 1" thick steaks for less than half the price of the supermarkets. You also don't need to worry about those mechanical tenderizers giving you ecoli.

Anyone know if any of these butchers sell 30-day dry aged or longer Canada Prime beef? I don't mind Costco but once in a while I want to step up my game a bit.

This is what my old man does in Arizona, except he gets tenderloin for $6/lb.

Those new cook your steaks till they are dry as s*#% stickers on Costco meat are hilarious.

Say no to tenderized meat, master meats is pretty good for fresh cuts.

Costco tenderizing ribeye........there isn't a big enough face palm gif

Not to mention insanely dangerous. Medium rare on those steaks is like eating a medium rare hamburger. Anyone with kids I hope has enough common sense to just say no to that garbage.

I am still totally shocked that this is even allowed under law to tell you the truth.
