It is a repeat series from last year and the Lightning won it in seven games and I think the series will go seven games again.
The big factor in this series is Stamkos being absent due to the blood clot in his arm.

Wings kinda get lucky here don't they? Lightning will be without Stamkos, Stralman and maybe Johnson and Kucherov as well. I'm gonna say Wings in 5

I hate Tampa. I wan them out in 4, I want Stamkos to sign somewhere else and drouin to go to another team and do great, I want them to have to give up a great player in the expansion draft and for them to lose a goalie too.

I wish nothing but bad things on that team. Rot Tampa, rot.

Lightning were really strong down the stretch, but are now missing some key players.

Detroit was lucky to be in a playoff spot this year. Their goal differential is pretty telling of how good they really are.

This will be a bit of a grind it out series. I like the experience on the Red Wings, and I think Mrazek is going to be lights out.

Red Wings in 7, but it won't be easy.

I've always cheered for the Bolts, and hate to say it, but they are really banged up, and probably wont make it past the first round.
