Default Time share, I need help.
Short version. I got sucked into buying a time share almost 3 years ago. I've wasted a lot of money on it and I want out. Does anyone know of a way I can legally get out of it?

I have heard that some of the resale companies are just scams to bilk people who bought timeshares out of more money.

They promise to sell it for you for a small listing fee. When it doesn't sell they ask for more money to market it more aggressively.
