Goldbergs TV Show and the Flames

So I didn't know if this should go into off-topic or not, but watching last nights episodes of "The Goldbergs" there was a scene where Barry is wearing a Flyers shirt (makes sense since it is set in Philadelphia) but then he runs upstairs and the scene switches and he is wearing a Calgary Flames t-shirt. Quick scene change and the Flyers are back.

I just thought it was funny and I wonder if it was a lost bet from the game a couple weeks ago.

I know it's a April Fool's gag and all but my one gripe is using a shirt with the black C. Isn't this show set in the 80's?

Thought this was going to reference the Game 3 (or 4) of the SCF where the Flames brought in Bill Goldberg to offset Brooke and Hulk Hogan.
