Let's go Buffalo!

Can they just give the oilers points even if they don't play?

The future is now for Buffalo. Eichel, Kane and Reinhart have them up 3-0 after 1 on the Avs.

Schlemko continues his good play, has the Devils up 1-0 on the Kings.

I miss Schlemko, I think he would be really good with Hamilton

I must have been brainwashed over the last two flames games but there seems to be "missed" penalties all over the place. Or haw a game should be called.

BUF hangs on for a 4-1 win over COL with an empty netter. COL couldn't score on a 5 on 3 late.

Keith Kinkaid gets a 1-0 shutout for NJ over LA. Schlemko with the only marker.

And the playoff races and draft pick races get more interesting

The COL loss is a costly one for them. They are 8 points up on ARI, VAN, and MIN but all 4 of those teams have FOUR games in hand on the Avs.

If you just glance quickly at the WC standings you'd think there is a bit of separation but with the disparity in games played its a lot closer than you might think.

Schelmko's goal came at 5:19 of the first period on the power play. It was a battle of the back up goalies as the Kings had Enroth in net because Quick is still injured. The Devils had one penalty called against them and the Kings had three penalties as it was not the most exciting game.

The Bruins-Red Wings game has had a lot of offense and it came early too. Marchand scored eight seconds into the game! Both teams scored 14 seconds apart just before the three minute mark of the opening faceoff. It was 3-2 Bruins after twenty minutes and it is now 5-4 Detroit in the later stages of the second period. Datsyuk has two power play goals. Rask has been pulled and Mrazek is still in net. Check the scoring summary so far. http://sportsstats.cbc.ca/hockey/nhl-boxscores.aspx?page=/data/NHL/results/2015-2016/boxscore70350.html

Kemppainen ties it at 5-5 with a shorthaded goal just 38 seconds into the third period. Detroit retakes the lead again, 6-5.

I watched about 15 min of the NJ - LA game. If only Calgary's defense was as good as either team.

After a scoreless first period, Robby Fabrri scored 36 seconds into the second period and it is 1-0 Blues.

Bergland makes it 2-0 Blues with just over two minutes left in the game. Kucherov spoils Elliot's shutout with 52 seconds left, Blues win 2-1.

The Rangers beat the Flyers 3-1. Brassard's 1st period goal was the only goal until the 3rd period when Stepan scored 2 goals from Zucarello. Just like in the Blues-Bolts game, the losing team spoiled the winning goalie's shutout bid in the final minute. Schenn scored a PPG with 10 seconds left. Simmonds and McIlrath sure got into a spirited fight early in the game. The Sabres win 4-1 over the Avs. Varlamov started the game but was pulled after letting in 2 goals on 2 shots in 4:42, yep, Pickard should've started. Eichel gets the 1st Sabres goal and he is the real deal. The Red Wings win a wild one over the Bruins 6-5 in reg time, goaltending wasn't the high point of this game, but it was entertaining.
