Great write up as usual.

A little scary to think that the entire season is riding on Karri Ramo. If his play falls off, it is game over for this team.

On the Virtanen comment - I think we'll be talking about that performance for years in WJC elimination games. But not for the reasons Virtanen wants us to remember.

We will in part because this is who he is so he wil exhibit the same type of boneheadinesa as an NHLer

Johnny Hamilton?

Other than that, thanks for the writeup! I was at the 'Necks game so only saw the third.

The right side should get sorted a bit once Frolik comes back. Wonder where he lands? Looks like 1st line at the moment.

He's skating, but with an upper body injury that doesn't mean a lot (less danger of hurting himself if he falls I'd guess)

I think you gave too much credit to Matt on the second goal. That was all Brodie IMHO

Brodie went in to pinch, Stajan went back to the line to cover for him. Brodie ended up missing on his pinch and the puck squirted back to the point, where Stajan held it in and started the passing which lead to the Jooris goal. I thought it was a smart veteran play by Stajan, who had a great game overall.

Ramo ask had some tough saves, especially early. It was not a gimme shutout.

Team Canada Jr wanted Mcdavid(inj) bennett(unavailable) and....Virtanen? Lol

Clearly the Canucks have the best one! Keep him, cuz I don't think the Hitmen want your homeboy back!

I hope we get another Canucks/Flames first round series this year!
