Tough loss for the Panthers against the Kings tonight.
Kings absolutely dominate the opening 20, but only had a 1-0 lead after the 1st.
Panthers were by far the better team the rest of the game, but Quick was amazing, they blocked a lot of shots, and the Kings had a crazy amount of obvious penalties not called against them. I'm amazed at how much that team gets away with. Kings capitalized on the 2 chances they had to score in the 2nd and 3rd.
Ends up a 3-1 Kings win.

The Leafs came back, it is 3-3 in the shootout.
The Avalanche beat the Jets 4-1.

It blows my mind that every nhl game doesn't end in OT now with the new format. There's just so much that can go wrong for a team, so many odd man rushes etc
