182 seems low to me. It's only 36 strips a minute.

Jesus tapdancing Christ.

I had a small side of (deep fried) yam fries last night with dinner, didn't even finish the whole thing (maybe ate a quarter), and still felt like crap all night. I couldn't even sleep properly. I can only imagine how eating that much bacon would feel after.

Matt Stonie is crazy. Oddly enough, I think his non-youtube ambitions are to be a nutritionist??

The recent popularity in binge eating/competitive eating on youtube is kind of strange. I think most people are now aware that you can't eat like this regularly, so they take some joy from watching others eat 10,000 calories in one sitting. Food porn.

Am I the only person that contemplates the mind bogglingly colossal dumps, these competitive eaters must take after these stunts?

Depends on your priorities, I suppose. I used to have no problem pounding back a big-ass poutine, double cheeseburger, etc. But I got tired of being a big fat ass, so I started exercising, eating properly and otherwise being healthy.

Crap food is kind of like alcohol in that you develop a tolerance for it over time. And without it, over time you can lose that tolerance. I now have a low tolerance for greasy food because of that change. [shrug]

you don't actually think that stuff is getting digested do you? They throw it up after. Even if it's 30 minutes or more later they'll just chuck it up. Sometimes they don't, depending on the contest, but most often they do. Most don't admit it because it's one of the negatives of competitive eating.

I don't know how one wouldn't throw that up after. Judging from his size. That guy isn't ingesting 10000 calories for keeps. That would be 3.5 lbs of fat.

they do throw it up. It's not really eating. It's, "how much #### can you fit in your stomach temporarily". So looking at the calories or fat or sodium is meaningless really.

The whole thing is actually more disgusting knowing that they just go throw up after. Blech.

Speaking of throwing up as well as LA Beast, I was just dumb enough to partially get through his upside down omelette challenge video.

They guy is a nut and seriously needs help.

I'm more a fan of Furious Pete than LA beast TBH. The warheads one was pretty funny.

LA beast has too many vomit and toilet shots.

This vid was boring... The woman eating the steak was more exciting
