Gas in van is at 109.9.........cost me 25 bucks for less than half on my 4 cylinder pontiac sunbird......ridiculous.......

Man, whatever station you're paying 99.9 at is ripping you off. I just filled up at crappy tire for 91.9 cents. Even the esso at mcleod and southland is only at 91.9
The best price is on the Tsuu Tina reserve (usually 8 - 10 cents cheaper than everywhere else), but the line up is almost always 10+ minutes.

I filled up for 91.9 and minus the minor discount with my Petrocard at the Petro in Strachcona. A lot of the gas stations around the outskirts of the city are still 89.9.
