I have a full courseload this upcoming year for my major at UofC and then a few option classes that I also need to complete. I am thinking of taking a few of these options at Athabasca.

I'm looking for advice or suggestions on courses to take that aren't too intensive. I don't want to say easy courses because any "easy" courses I have taken in the past I didn't enjoy or get much out of but I guess I'm looking for courses that I could get a good mark in if I put in some effort but not too much effort .

I need one more humanities course and a few business courses for my minor.

What are you majoring in? What kind of courses have you been looking at?

Myself, I'm probably going to take a finance course through them since it's nearly impossible to get into a senior finance course at the U of C if you're not concentrating in it. I've heard they're pretty easy though TimSJ. Meh.

I've done a few from Athabasca, most are fairly easy if you just sit down and read them through.

What level of course are you looking at?

Its been 10+ years or so but I took some electives through there. They were the easiest grades I ever received. My GPA at Athabasca vs. Uof C was .9 higher with putting in 70% of the effort.

As an example, I took the equivalent of Stats 213/17 or 313/17 (can't remember which one off hand) and the day of the final exam, I had horrible strep throat. I felt like I was going to die but dragged my ass in to write the exam. I was basically delusional/comatose for the duration of the test. On top of this, math is hardly a forte for me. At the end of test I drove straight to the Dr.'s office and had a +40C fever.

To make a long story short, I was floored to receive my 88% grade on the final.

Well I'm doing a minor in business and they don't offer some of the courses I need very frequently at UofC so I thought I would take some of them at Athabasca. I also need an area 1 humanities course which is like philosophy and religion, that kind of stuff.

My major is Economics and I'm in all the courses I need to finish it. Thanks for the responses by the way, and any others would also be appreciated.

ECOM 320 is easy if your willing to read through it...

3 open book assignments, some chatting, and a final
