Default Delete or ignore topics

On some forums I've been on you can ignore topics, so they disappear from the thread list. Or you can mark a thread as read even if you didn't so that the bold goes away. Do we have either tool and I'm missing it? If not, perhaps it could be given some thought.

Nope, only way to ignore a topic is to actually ignore it with your mind.

Thanks. I am not OCD in real life - my garage is a testament to that - but for some reason I can't stand bold thread titles even when I have no interest in the therad - I have to click it.
