New Tim Hortons "location" in Oakridge
Tim Hortons converted a house into a fully functional store as a way to promote hiring....I guess?

It's only been a couple minutes since my last visit to Tim's, but I don't think Oakridge is the Tim's target demographic for employees......

nothing says meaningful engagement of underrepresented groups - groups that work with aboriginal, newcomers, disabled, seniors etc to train and get them job ready - than a publicity stunt by an advertiser.
Meaningful engagement is more than just advertising, but it seems some businesses aren't getting that point.

A Facebook acquaintance of mine works for a local film/media company, and he posted some pics from that place this morning of a video crew inside. So I'm guessing that there will be some sort of promotional faux viral video or something to come from it. Just speculation on my part though.
