Pre-season Schedule

Folks you now check out our pre-season schedule posted to the site.
One of the things I hate about the sim is that it will allow only a minimum of 2 pre-season games against each team in your division. That means are pre-season is 14 games long - too long. So I've stacked the season to be as compressed as it can be - that means teams play several games in a row. Fatigue and injuries are turned off for the pre-season though.

We will start games next Saturday.

An updated roster file will be posted before then.

Friday 11:59 PM therefore is the deadline for this rule:
ALL players, regardless of age, at or above the set threshold must be in the CPHL by the first day of the pre-season, otherwise they will be subject to waivers upon recall. The thresholds for the 2014/2015 season are 64 for skaters and 72 for goalies.

You don't NOT have to be roster or cap compliant until the regular season kicks off.

I lobbied for this so that our guys could ease our way into things against a lesser opponent. It is kind of bad in the sense that it will inflate expectations for our legion of fans though.
