Default Constructive dismissal

Anybody here dealt with constructive dismissal?

I work for the Calgary office of a US based company, that has just changed the terms of employment.

I'd be interested in understanding anyone's experience about the process, typical settlements, and if anyone has a lawyer recommendation I would be interested

I never went to a lawyer, but my best advice is to document EVERYTHING. Even if you think it's not relevant, keep it. Creating a timeline of key events helps as well.

This is a great guide that Dentons (A major law firm) has out. It's mainly written from an employers point of view but just turn the tables to make it applicable to you.
