WC Playoffs Round 1: San Jose Sharks vs Los Angeles Kings (Kings win 4-3).

Game 1: Los Angeles 3 @ San Jose 6. Sharks lead the series 1-0.
Game 2: Los Angeles 2 @ San Jose 7. Sharks lead the series 2-0.
Game 3: San Jose 4 @ Los Angeles 3 (OT). Sharks lead the series 3-0.
Game 4: San Jose 3 @ Los Angeles 6. Sharks lead the series 3-1.
Game 5: Los Angeles 3 @ San Jose 0. Sharks lead the series 3-2.
Game 6: San Jose 1 @ Los Angeles 4. Series tied 3-3.
Game 7: Los Angeles 5 @ San Jose 1. Kings win the series 4-3.

Prediction: Sharks in 7. I think home ice will be huge for San Jose. Pavelski has been the best Shark all year and I think he will have a big series. Sharks are getting healthy too as Hertl came back this weekend. Should be a close hard fought series but I think San Jose will prevail.

This is probably going to be my favourite matchup of the first round. These guys are going to grind each other down. Two big, mean, physical teams.

It's really too bad one of these teams will be eliminated.

I'll go with the Sharks in 7. Brent Burns as the leading goal scorer.

I like the Sharks as well. Up front, possibly the deepest team in the West when they have Couture and Marleau on the second line.

I'd go with Sharks in 6 or 7.

Sharks in 6. LA is gonna have trouble scoring and SJ has a good enough offence that LA isnt going to be able to completely shut them down. They are also big enough that the Kings wont be able to push them around.

Sharks in 7. 3 OT games in the series and one that is decided by more than 1 goal. Should be a good one. I would prefer if San Jose won but won't be upset if LA does.

Two deep and "heavy" teams..and a month ago the Sharks were my pick to come out of the West, but when i see the G matchup in this one it sways me immediately.
