It was? I thought that was the lamest attempt out there. That said, I think the best was our own red sky in the Fire on Ice forum. Otherwise, nothing amusing at all.
I got a phone call from an old ex in tears telling me that she was going through some tough times and though she didn't want to she was going to get her lawyer to petition for a paternity test for her son because she thinks its mine and she's going to need help with child support.
It was cruel and mean, and because I didn't think about it being April Fools absolutely awesome.

It was the link about new editor - pic of nenshi that got me started... Then the line about nenshine girls in Burka's did me in...
The last April Fool's joke I fell for was back in Theoren Fleury's rookie season. The Sun ran an article about how Fleury's height was deemed to be too detrimental for his safety and that he wasn't going to be allowed to play hockey in the NHL again. I was outraged at first, but then my dad's smile gave it away.
