LA is riding a 7 game win streak right now. They're going to be a tough challenge. They did play last night though so hopefully our young guys can get an early jump on them.

@RogMillions 1h
Indications are #Flames will ice same lineup vs #Kings that they did Saturday. Which means Joni Ortio will start in net again.

Kings are looking for their 8th win in a row. They haven't lost since before the Olympic break. Nolan will likely miss the game after his disciplinary hearing for his sucker punch of Joensuu last night in Edmonton.

Glencross and Westgarth were both involved in the full practice today and are expected to play later this week, but tonight the Flames will dress the same line-up as Saturday night.

This will be a tough one for the Flames. Quick played last night, so we might get to see former Hitman, Martin Jones between the pipes.

Martin Jones left the ice first at the morning skate. Expect the former @WHLHitmen goalie to get the start at the Saddledome.

Even though Ortio is .500 with a 2-2 record, he still has a GAA of 2.03 and a .916 save percentage. That's pretty good with the roster that we have.

The last one at home was truly depressing. Nothing at all like those thrillers where we somehow manage to snatch victory from them in the dying seconds.

It's quite funny reading the reactions on the HF Kings board because they're already pissed about only getting 1 pt out of regulation against the measly Flames - and then we score.

I think the Kings will take this one. Likely going to be a tough week but at least our top 3 position can be restored. Hoping for another solid effort from the team

Rookies are settling in a bit after a lot of them seeing their first NHL action (or at least first in a while). I think things begin to get ugly from here on out, not for a lack of trying however and I don't think we get blown out, however there will be at least one shutout against us this week, maybe this game.

I'll go 2-1 with a cammy goal.

All signs point to us losing spectacularly...which means we'll steal 2 pts.

I hope.
