Default Good Restaurant w/t Private Room?

Looking to throw a 30th birthday party dinner and am trying to find some good places around the city with a private dinning room for about a dozen people.

Few nicer Italian restaurants (doesn't have to be Italian) have quoted me in the $1500 minimum spend range.

Anyone have any good recommendations for places with good food that are decently priced?

Mcdonalds on 130th ave se has a playroom - not like the playroom at COtW, but still fun....not sure they take private bookings though

Silver Dragon has a nice room they can set up in the back part of the restaurant - been there multiple times for special occasions.

Nice out of the way spot and amazing food to boot.

4th Spot on 4th Street NW has a room in the back that would accommodate a group that size. We went for my wife's department Christmas party. They're teachers so it was probably cheap.

Maybe Reas or Trattoria D Italia. I know the Trattoria does private parties so you get the restaraunt for you and your guests. The decor is meh but the food is good enough to satisfy most non Italian people. The pizza is pretty decent aswell.

Sunterra downtown, or Cookbook Company might be able to set you up with a room.

Regency Palace has private rooms, IIRC.

Not sure what it costs to book the private room at Vintage, but you'd definitely end up spending more than 1500. Still that'd be pretty slick.

We've set up a similar dinner for about 20 people at Chicago Chophouse with a minimum spend and fixed menu. You'd encounter something similar with Vintage and Parkerhouse.

If you want details, PM me and I can pull them up.

Redwater only has like a $650 minimum so that might be more your speed, but only if it's big enough for you.

edit- They can hold a dozen no problem

Cibo has a private room and you can do a family style menu. No idea about the price though.
