Default Draft order question

Draft order is determined by where a team finishes in the standings (non-playoff teams) and the playoffs so that means that the Stanley cup runner-up and winner pick 29th and 30th respectively. How does the league determine the other rankings for playoff teams that get eliminated on the same day? Ex: Last night MTL and Minnesota both got eliminated last night so who picks first in the draft?

Any team that loses in the first 2 rounds gets placed (15-26) based on their regular season record. Conference finals losers placed the same way (27,28).

I've posted this a few other places but here it is again.

15-(20-23) = Non-Division Leader Playoff teams (Blues are in this group)
1-14 = Non-playoff teams

If the Pens and Hawks are bounced before the third round then the Pens will pick 25th.

If all of the division leaders and the Bruins are out before the third round then the Blues will pick 19th.

Basically for the best case drafting for the Flames the conference finals has to involve 4 of the following teams:
WEST = LA, SJ, DET, MIN
EAST = TOR, NYR, OTT, NYI
Personally, I want to see Iginla win the cup and come back to Calgary immediately (I know, wishful thinking) so I am hoping for the Blues pick to end up in 20th and the Pens pick at 30th.

If the Pens are going to screw it up and lose the playoffs I really hope they do it in the first two rounds so that we can jump up to 25th or 26th with their pick.

Guy over on HF is doing this. Updating periodically as teams get eliminated. It's very well done:
