Considering the pro scouts for the Dallas Stars are making frequent trips over to europe to enquire about the availability of washed up NHL vets that are still rated (I use the term 'rated' losely). More time between the games the better. sigh

Will this be the game that Mike Richards wakes up? He has been overshadowed so far by Alex Tanguay.

Jackets win 8-2

Detroit is walking wounded. Can they hold it together to get to round 2 only to be pummeled by a healthy team?

The Jackets are lucky to be in this series. Expect Dallas to take a 2-1 series lead with Jonas Hiller pitching a shutout and scoring the game winning goal in a 5-0 dominating performance. Showing his true colors, the Jackets leader Mike Richards will struggle to get the words out to reporters amidst his post game sobbing..

On an unrelated note, round 2 tickets just went on sale in Dallas.

Good News - Pyatt is back in line-up

Bad News - Leading goal scorer Kunitz is out day to day

MUST Win, time for Lundy to steal a game???
