For whatever reason, my cell phone died on me this weekend. Although I can't say that it hasn't fully become deceased, people cannot hear me nor can I hear them. As a kicker, the speaker must be broken as well as it no longer rings, but does register incoming/outbound calls as per usual.

I am with Bell with a Samsung phone (only 3 months into the contract) Can anybody out there suggest the best way for me to get my phone repaired? I guess my three options are to send the phone to Samsung, go talk to bell in person or to call their support line. I don't know which option would produce the least run around on my side with the most effective results. Help please!

Bring it back to Bell, they'll send it off to service for you. You can get a loaner phone (for a fee, unless you have a service & warranty plan with them in which it's free). Can't remember if Samsung has a depot in Calgary or not.
