Neat. Toronto on a three game win streak. Is it too early to use streak ? Fair enough!

well that stinks coming off a bad game against the Devils the Sabres give Giguere the reigns and he loses in a next goal wins kind of affair with the Bruins. Mike Green struggling to find chemistry with a d partner right now, drags Jordan Leopold down with him tonight

Im just curious? How can they even review an ineligible player on the ice? And if there was an ineligible player on the ice why was there no penalty?

Its impossible for on this sim to have an ineligible player on the ice? Here is what an ineligible player is : "5.2 Ineligible Player - Only players on the list submitted to the Official Scorer before the game may participate in the game. The determining factor when considering whether or not a player is eligible is that the player's name, and not necessarily the player's number, must be correctly listed by the Manager or Coach of that team.
If a goal is scored when an ineligible player is on the ice (whether he was involved in the scoring or not), the goal will be disallowed. This only applies to the goal scored at the stoppage of play whereby the player was deemed to be ineligible. All other goals scored previously by the ineligible player's team (with him on the ice or not) shall be allowed. The ineligible player will be removed from the game and the Club shall not be able to substitute another player from its roster. No additional penalties are to be assessed but a report of the incident must be submitted to the Commissioner. For an ineligible goalkeeper, see 5.3."

Seems to me the Jets just got screwed out of morale , a win , and a point. I need to see the incident report or I CALL PROTEST!!! Leafs should never be able to get away with something like this.

Ray Emery finally gets his first win of the season. Jackets seemed to have a pretty good game and the PK was dynamite. Chris Stewart was demoted to the 4th line tonight and scores 2 goals showing the coach that he can get it done even with only 9:10 minutes of icetime.

A solid win against our rivals the Sabres. The first line carried the mail today with 9 points between the three of them. Unfortunately we lose another D to injury. Shaone Morrisonn joins Ian White and Andy Lilja on the IR.

3 Stars
1 - Simon Gagne (BOS)
2 - Daniel Briere (BOS)
3 - Brian Gionta (BOS)

Carey, Carey, Carey!! Price shuts the door on the Canes as the Pens squeak out with a 1-0 win. The blue line took a beating in this one however as both Gorges and Weaver went down to injuries.

Solid game by the Rangers winning this one 4-3 over the Flames.

Good news is Jussi Jokinen who was out for a week or so, played his first game today against the Flames and secured the 1st Star

Currently Rangers have 4 players on the IR.

Mike Knuble
Ryan Carter
Paul Mara
James Wisniewski

3 Stars

1 - Jussi Jokinen (NYR)
2 - Shane Doan (NYR)
3 - Jason Blake (CGY)
