It comes with a lot of upgrades including a high res display, larger battery, laptop backpack, lap stand and an extra 100GB drive as a backup! It has Ubuntu Linux pre-installed as I wanted to try it out.
The laptop is in great condition with just some dust and three wear marks just below the keyboard. There are two batteries (9 cell) with the original one pretty much done. But the 2nd one should be in good condition. I have other photos too if requested.
